We provide extended backup retention and a fully white-glove hosting service. This means any issues related to your website hosting are ours to handle, so you can focus on what matters most.

For 99% of our clients, no, we have no limitations as most client websites remain with typical resource usage ranges and are covered under fair use terms.

If your website has extremely high resource demands for visits or disk space, please let us know in advance so we can determine if your site/hosting can be covered on our existing plans or if we’ll need custom pricing for you.

The SEO included in our Basic plan is limited and does not include the extensive SEO found in our full-service SEO packages. We’ll ensure your website retains its SSL certificate, crawlability, indexability, and that all inbound/outbound links remain active. We will also provide basic website speed performance optimizations.

The Standard & Enhanced Plan allocate significantly more time and resources to your sites On-Page and Off-Page SEO. The Standard Plan includes 2-3 Rounds of Backlinks per year as well as Rank Monitoring and Proactive changes based on ranking fluctuations. 

The Enhanced Plan includes 4-6 Rounds of Backlinks per year. Most clients on the Enhanced Plan achieve first page ranking for at least 80% of their keywords. If your keywords are very competitive, you might require a dedicated SEO package. Please discuss during your consultation.

No. While we’d hate to see you go, you are able to cancel at any time and there are no long-term commitments. Simply reach out to us to process your cancellation.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer support or updates for websites not covered under our management plan. If we built your site, you’ll receive 90 days of support for any issues that may arise. After this period, if you decide not to enroll in a management plan, we can recommend reputable companies to assist with updates or support. As a small firm, we dedicate all our resources to clients who are part of our monthly management program.

One of the main advantages of the Management Program is the ability to request edits and updates without worrying about additional fees and getting them done with a fast turn-around time. We also proactively suggest and implement improvements with your approval. A Small Edit is typically up to 1 to 1.5 hours of work. If an edit is expected to take more than two hours, we will reach out to discuss the best way to move forward.

Our small edits cover a wide range of updates, including:

• Content changes on any page
• Modifications to banners, headers, or footers
• Adjustments to plugin settings
• Graphic Design (Banners, Promos, Pop-Ups)
• CSS tweaks
• Edits to blog content or context

Excluded from Small Edits:
The following services are not included:

• Custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc.)

• Work on software or tools outside of WordPress

• Rebuilding or creating an entire website

Yes, we migrate any website to us at no additional cost. The process usually takes a day or two, mostly due to delays in gaining access to DNS records.

ADA Compliance is not included in any of our plans. If you require your site to be ADA compliance please discuss it with us. You need ADA compliance testing if you operate a public accommodation, a business, or an organization serving the public. 

This includes industries such as 

• restaurants, 
• hotels, 
• retail stores, and 
• healthcare providers. 

If you operate a public accommodation, you must ensure that your website and other digital products are accessible to people with disabilities. 

Your website must comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, a set of norms for creating web content accessible to people with disabilities.

You can determine if you need ADA compliance testing by asking yourself the following questions:

We only provide management to WordPress sites. The only other platforms supported are Shopify & BigCommerce. If your site is not on those platforms, we won’t be able to offer our management service.
